The Monica Saunders Award / The Don Leech Tankard

The Monica Saunders award is given each quarter to the Association which has provided the best article for the newsletter, Home from Home. 

​

The award is £50, and the winner is decided by a secret vote by committee members.

The trophy is awarded annually to the best of that year’s four winners, who also receive an additional £50. 

​

The Don Leech tankard is awarded to the individual person or persons who wrote the winning article.

Monica Saunders Awards 2022-2023

The Monica Saunders trophy for the best newsletter article 2022-2023, was presented to Exmouth Association.

The Don Leech tankard was presented to Maggie Gingell, the author of that article.
